Why does my Nexus 6P android show an error saying "No Command"? How should I fix this?

I have a Nexus 6P that I have owned since 2015. The Android software does not execute but instead shows an error showing "No Command". Can you please advise how I should fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! The firmware might have become corrupt, or the motherboard might be failing. Are you able to boot into Recovery Mode and do a factory reset from there? https://www.hardreset.info/devices/huawei/huawei-nexus-6p-international/hardreset/first-method/
