Why does my Note 2 keep rebooting itself?

Good day,
I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 2
Recently it started acting weird. Like all of a sudden it would shut off or reboot randomly. Not staying on for more than half hour or so
I took it to the store. And they said the battery needed replacing. So I did that.
Phone worked good for a while. Now again, it started shutting down randomly, rebooting itself every half hour. I have a new battery so thats ruled out. Its very frustrating. I've even factory resetted but that didnt help.
Any help is appreciated
