Why does my phone brick after changing font?

I have an Alcatel Pop C7, I rooted it, then installed iFont and changed system font. It asked me to reboot and the device was unable to boot. With other devices such as Samsung Galaxy S2 I changed the font without problems. Why I can't do that in my Alcatel device?

It is most likely not supported. Have you tried different fonts on the phone and see if they work? If not I would try them. And if none of them work then maybe the phone just doesn't support the fonts and it causes the phone to not want to boot.

My Alcatel 7041X bricks every time I replace a system file, not only the font files are the problem. ¿Why does this happen? My device is rooted, ¿that does not mean that I can replace system files? ¿It could be a limitation of the Alcatel company? ¿Should I buy another phone? I can not take this, if my phone is not customizable I will have to buy another one.
