why does my phone say 'unfortunately 4od has stopped'?

I had the 4od app and had been using it for a few days when a message started to appear after login saying 'unfortunately 4od has stopped' I tried to use it several times before I removed the app and re-installed it several times coming to the same resulting message every time.

This has now happened with the app for my bank which shows the same message. I have tried clearing all cache, browsing and cookie history and am now stuck as to what to do

Have you recently updated the app in question? As its update might has a bug causing the crash, in that case all you can do is contact the app developer.
