Android Central Question

It says 38 hours until full when on 9% and when I leave it on charge all night it only gets to 32% I've tried multiple charger box's and have used different outlets but it doesn't change

Could be the charging port, my Note 20U does the same thing and will even stop charging when I leave it alone, wireless charging works fine so I know it's not my battery.

Just guessing but are all the different power adapters you tried older ones that you've just accumulated over the years from previous phones?
If so, part of your problem might be those older chargers just aren't capable to charge up the now larger capacity batteries. Those old chargers will typically all rated at 5 volt/1 amp, then as phone battery capacity increased the manufacturers started including 2 amp chargers. Currently 2 amp chargers are still pretty common but higher voltage/higher amperage chargers are increasing in number.

Anyway, the specs on a power adapter will be on a little label somewhere, the location varies. Could on the front or back or one of the sides, but legally it has be showing somewhere on the outer casing. Check the rated output of each adapter, and correlate that with the battery inside the phone. It's all just basic math so just compare numbers and that might help you determine what's going on. So just as an example, if the phone's battery is 3400mAh, it's theoretically going to involve 3.4 amps (i.e. 1 amp = 1000 milliamps) of current to replenish it. An older 1 amp charger is barely adequate, a trickle charge or better, but not as optimal as a newer 4 amp charger can provide. Back when smartphone batteries were in that 1000mAh range, a 1 amp power adapter was a good fit. Now not as much.
But it would make a big difference if you were to actually state more details. Is this a newer phone or an older one? If an older phone there's of course a chance that the battery itself is just in the process of failing. All batteries age, that's unavoidable and as they get older it's not just a matter of having to charge them more often but they'll also take longer to charge up again.
