Why does my radio not work

I have samsung j5 and latest software. I get message "unfortunately radio has stopped working". What can i do? I would hate to try factory reset...

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, and look for the Radio app. You might have to tap Menu>Show System in the App Manager to find it. Then Clear Cache/Data, and see if the problem persists.

If it does persist, then see if a reboot helps. The next step would be cache partition wipe: SAMSUNG J500F Galaxy J5 - Recovery Mode - HardReset.info
