Why does my Samsung Galaxy 9+ restart several times when in my car?

[Android Central Question]

My galaxy 9+ always shuts down and restarts constantly in my car. Is it because it's paired with my car for bluetooth calling? I have a Tahoe not sure it that matters. Help, it's so annoying because when it restarts I have to draw that little figure thing to unlock it in order for it to pair back up to the car. And that totally defeats the purpose of hands free calling.
