why does my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime suddenly go to edge or GSM?

[AC Question]

It just started dropping LTE connection and giving me either an "E" where it should say 4G or nothing at all. Ever trouble shoot has been tried. It goes back to 4G but the problem keeps coming back.
