Why does my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 turn off and not stay on?

Why does my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 turns off and no when i dont touch it

When i turn my tablet on it will stay on for 10 sec and then it will shut off . I have charged my tablet and i reset it and and it still does the same thing

Factory Reset, you mean?
In Settings, Display, what is your screen timeout?
Have you tried Safe Mode?
