Samsung Galaxy S5 - freeze screen

Hi everybody,
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 (sm-g900f).
Sometimes the screen just freeze, and grey lines appears (as in this picture
goo.gl/qIdGg7 ).

The main button and the power still working, as I can see the white light turning on and off as usual after pressing them.
And after click the power button once (which turn off the display), the screen remains black.

The phone is actually still working, as I can ear it ringing or receiving messages and email.

But I cant do anything, just take off the battery and restart it.

I already reset it and the problem keeps happen again.

Has anybody got a solution please?

Thank you in advance.

There are a number of reasons you may be getting screen freezes, as per #1.2 of S5 Lollipop Update Problems - Dummies Guide. In the first instance, try wiping your cache partition as per #1.3. Check that all your apps have been updated for Lollipop. Uninstall any Task Killers, as per #1.7, if you use one. Do a Full Wipe and Factory Data Reset as per post #2 of the guide.
