Why does my samsung galaxy s7 perpetually vibrate on lock screen?

[Android Central Question]

My samsung galaxy s7 perpetually vibrates on the lock screen.

Example. I can hit the power button on my phone and sit it down and its fine. But the moment i get a notification or the phone is plugged or unplugged, it will vibrate perpetually, non stop, until it dies or i touch the power button. Ive looked up every fix i can for months, and have no idea what to do. But its draining my battery. Please help

Sounds like you have some notification on vibrate to give this , can you try in safe mode and see if it still happening?
