Why does my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 freeze when I try to reboot it?

Samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0 freezes when I try to reboot help!

I kept getting error messages on apps "unfortunately google apps has stopped working" as well as explorer, etc. only thing that works is YouTube & Netflix. Then I noticed it was on airplane mode so I took off. That opened a whole can of worms. Now I reboot and it doesn't complete. It gets stuck on the Samsung screen and doesn't complete.

It sounds like there is some kind of issue going on with the OS. You can try this guide below to fix the issue. It will wipe the device though so just be warned ahead of time.
