Why does my Samsung Note 5 freeze often?

I bought this phone brand new 2months ago. Have not dropped it or downloaded anything that may cause this. Randomly my phone will suddenly come to a complete freeze. And depending on its battery life, it stays like that until it dies. Sometimes takes 9hours before it dies. Then I can plug it in, and it turns back on again. But then usually it will freeze again. It has occurred a lot and now Im becoming extremely frustrated as I use it for work also. Sometimes it will go a week with no issues. Then all of a sudden it freezes everyday.

Hey there,

I would suggest to give this phone I good old factory reset. If this does not work then I would suggest taking this phone back to your mobile provider you bought the note 5 from. They should offer to send it back to Samsung so they can take a look at it and repair it. Can't guarantee that your mobile provider will offer that but that's what mine did to my Nexus 5.
