Why does my Samsung Note Pro keep turning off and on when the charge gets below 60?

samsung note pro keeps turning off and on when charge gets bleow 60%

ti will work flawlessly until it gets below 60% then it shuts off and restarts continuously .

if I put it on the charger has to be oem Samsung charger let it charge up and it works fine

The battery may be faulty. The words 'dendritic short' come to mind, though not necessarily correctly in this instance. Check Rukbat's article about batteries:
