Why does my Tab 2 10.1 keeps on shutting down by itself?

I noticed this a few days ago when I just randomly put down my tablet then when I looked at it again, I was shocked to see that it shut down. I didn't mind it at first because I thought that maybe it was nothing. But awhile ago while I was cooking, before I was watching a video in youtube then it shut down again. Now, I just open an app (Wattpad) it shuts down immediately. I can't detect what's causing it because my tablet is not yet full memore. Could it be that my tablet's overheating because of everyday use?

Have you recently flashed another firmware to the Tab? I have a similar problem, except my Tab 2 only shuts down when I put it to sleep. I don't suspect it is an overheating problem, as it only started doing this after downgrading from the latest version down to 4.1.1 ( yes, I did use the right files, and there were no errors during the flash). I've yet to figure out what is happening.
