Mysterious volume reduction!
Hi everyone Im new to this forum so hope Ive posted this in the right place.
Today I tried to play my music and within seconds its gone from 3/4 to 1/4 volume so I can barely hear anything. After some searching on google Ive discovered it seems to be a Samsung problem or bug. I can listen to my music at full volume but its so quiet compared to normal. I don't think Ive had any updates and my virus scan is ok.
I have rebooted to safemode as a suggestion to see if it were an external app; but annoyingly this didn't work for me although its worked for others.
My phone is the Samsung S4 19505 and its a year old; not sure if this makes a difference. Do you think I need to wait for the Lollipop update as Im still on 4.4.2?
