Why does my wifi and occasionally bluetooth turn by itself?

I have a galaxy s4 and a few days ago, the wifi and Bluetooth broke. Every time I try to turn on wifi, it automatically turns off. I have tried the call *#0011# but it doesn't work. Bluetooth has the same issue but it usually does work. Bluetooth works about 80 percent of the time but when it doesn't it has the same result as wifi. And after a few Bluetooth works again.

Your situation with your android phone is the same as my friend, try reprogramming/or flash a custom rom that is especially for your device>>>>> ur welcome.
