Why does the key stop working when i keep it pressed?

Hello, i have been playing games on the samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0 sm-t230 and whenever i keep a key pressed for like 5 seconds e.g forward key, it will stop working and then i have to lift my finger and press again and keep repeating. This is very tiring and gets me killed every time in games. I would be very happy if someone could solve this problem for me. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it happen on only one particular game, or on multiple games? Are you sure that's not simply a limitation of the game? One way of seeing if it's a problem with your touchscreen would be to open a note-taking app like Google Keep or a document editor like Google Docs, open or create a document with lots of text, and then press and hold the backspace button to see if you can delete all of the text, letter by letter. If it keeps deleting past 5 seconds, then you know your screen is correctly registering a prolonged touch, and the problem may be with the game itself.

Well its on all the games and its really annoying. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens 50% of the time.(sorry for different name i just made an account.
