Why does the 'none' option not exist for turning off the lock screen on Galaxy Note 3?

If you have a security app active on your device it may require a screen lock. I disabled VZW Support and Protect on my device and it changed from being unavailable to being an available option.

The issue seems to be with the actual guest "session".*


1- Go into your phone as the guest

2- then go to user's panel from the quick settings

3- instead of choosing your main user account to switch back to, select "remove Guest"

4- problem solved.*

This worked for me
