why does play store say some items aren't available in my country?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, I use play store to download alot of apps, but whenever I try to download games like temple run or subway surf and others, it says that the item isn't available in my country. I downloaded those games on Mobogenie but the update for the games doesn't come in time. What can i do to download them on Play Store?

Welcome to Android Central! There may be licensing issues, or perhaps issues with in-app purchases. Not much you can do about it, besides contact the developer.
