Why doesn't alexa ring when i get a call?

What do you want Alexa to ring for? A call coming to your phone? Are you wanting it to sound a ring on an Echo or tablet?

For that, pretty sure you need the Alexa app on the phone, but I've never delved that deep into using Alexa at my house. We had two, but only one is connected now, and all it's used for is when my wife asks it what the notifications are - usually when we get a package from Amazon.
