Why doesnt Facebook / Instagram load photos when on data, WiFi works fine

[AC Question]

Only last few days my S8 won't load any Facebook photos or videos and Instagram the post will update but the image will be completely blurred like it's not loaded. Happens when I've got good 3g or 4g and doesn't happen when I'm on WiFi.

Any ideas?
