Finger print recognition does not work, forgot my back up password, Can't access Device manager

My fingerprint is not being recognized by my Samsung Galaxy S6, my back up password is not working even though I'm pretty sure it's correct but maybe i have forgotten it I don't know BUT the other problem is I can't access Samsung device manager online because my Gmail account I have created on my phone requires the 2 step-verification thing where a code is sent to my phone first for me to type into my computer but since I can't access my phone I can't view the code!! please someone tell me what to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried turning off 2-step verification in your Google account temporarily (using your computer to do this)?
