Why doesn't it update when i schedule it?

[Android Central Question]

I selected schedule update. I picked a time, 4:00am. When I woke up, the phone says update rescheduled to 8:30am. What is the point? Is this all just to aggitate me? If i have to click "ok to update" at the scheduled time, then what is the actual point of having the ability to schedule the time?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does it also have a scheduled restart feature? If so, try turning that off.
