why my fingerprint will not take after 6 days of purchasing Android Note 5

this morning it was working it took my fingerprint, (which was my right thumb, i set this up before leaving T-Mobile) now it my Samsung Android Galaxy 5 Note will not take my fingerprint nor google password

Interesting. Have you contacted T-Mobile or Samsung about this issue? If not, give them a call or stop by a retail store and see if they can help.

I agree, contact tmobile. Then the new service provider you have after you left tmobile. Then Samsung.

I suggest going to security/privacy and remove your fingerprint and then add it again.

Also, confirm via a computer that you can log into your Google account.
