Why doesnt my indicator light work on my Samsung S10E?

Indicator light not working at all. Doesnt turn red when battery is charging. Wont blink blue when I have a text...

There is no notification light on any of the s10 models.

There is however edge notification. It looks like a cool idea but I can't get it to work. Maybe because I have the always on screen on. Not sure yet still tinkering.

I couldn't get mine to work ether.
But I haven't tried that hard

This hasn't worked correctly for the past few iterations of the galaxy s line. Let me clarify, works great with the screen on and active but not when the screen is off sitting on the table, which is when I need it the most.


Just to clarify what my post was referring to, I'm talking about the edge lighting not a notification light

Guys if you are talking about the little LED that turns red when charging unfortunately this phone does not have that hardware light anymore.

What I've done is set a Bixby Routine so that when my phone is charging the always on display will automatically turn on. Best alternative
