Why doesn't my phone boot up after I tried to update SU binary?

hi everyone. i recently installed CM 13 on my SG s3 and everything was fine. but when i tried to open Supersu, it said that you have to update the SU binary. so i taped on TWRP/CWM button and update started. then my phone automatically rebooted and never come up!!!
how can i fix this problem?
am i do the wrong way to update my su binaries? is it necessary at all?
