why my phone don't have recovery mode,downloading mode?

hey guys!
I've Galaxy s duos gt-s7562, I've no recovery mode or downloading mode on it, i did press any keys and it didn't work
it just showing me pic without any texts



please help me guys

Welcome to the forums. You are pressing both volume keys along with Home and power, correct? Releasing when the phone vibrates?

Yes.. Even I had pressed both volume keys along with the home and power keys.. And left it all once the phone vibrates.. But still the recovery mode does not display.. Please help..

Try Volume Up+Home+Power. (Volume Down+Home+Power for download.) Have the other two pressed before pressing the power button.

Sounds as if someone wiped a few partitions. A full flash of the phone's firmware might help.

Thanks for the video.. I shall try it over the weekend..
If you can also provide with a working file that needs to be placed in the storage for this phone it will be helpful.. I have tried couple of files but it says some kind of signature issue

If you're getting a signature issue with the firmware, it's not Samsung firmware. Try SamMobile Firmwares. Put s7562 in the search box and download the correct one. (You'll have to create a free account to download.)

I dont seem to have the correct files that are required for rooting my gt-s7562.. I am not looking for romming my phone yet.. I am facing difficulties in rooting it.. I took the droidiser files but it gives the signature error.. Any chance i can get the correct files to get root access? Please help..
