Why doesn't the send button work on a text or on FB messenger?

S7. I went and turned off overlay for the moments app and it fixed this problem. Settings>applications>application manager>more (in top right corner)>draw over other apps and switched Moments off.

I got as far as where it says more and clicked on it but I don't see where it says draw overy other apps and switch moments off. When you click more on mine it says....Show more systems and change systemso settings ando apps that can appear on top and reset app preferences. So not sure what to do next. Can you help?

I followed every step you put up but when I got too the more and clicked on it it didn't say draw over other apps. It gave 4 choices and they were show system apps and apps that can appear on top and change system settings and reset app preference. So I'm not sure what to do next. Can you please help me??
