Why doesn't the top left corner of my Core Prime work?

Hey guys recently i noticed the top left corner of my samsung galaxy core prime doesnt work. if i turn the phone off and back on itll work for a little bit then stop?. any one help?

Welcome to the forums. I would call Samsung about this. It sounds like a hardware failure to me.

Also, if you have the Facebook Messenger app installed in your phone disable it temporarily and see if the problem persists. There are several reports about this same issue.
