Why don't I have an email connection?

No email connection

I purchased an Android LG Sunset LG L33L and cannot send or receive emails. I get different error messages such as "Server temporarily unavailable. Try again later" and "cannot access server." I have had numerous and long, long phone calls with TracFone tech support and my email provider Verizon. I have no difficulty in accessing the Internet with my wireless connection. In my last conversation with Tracfone, I was told it is a problem with my Android operating system and I need to contact you directly. Help!

Well this is a G4 forum, not sure there is one for your phone.

Sounds like you have a configuration error with the email account.

Are you sure you have it setup correctly?
