No sound during mobile call (s4 active)

I tried everything, i changed the mic and speaker.It works only with bluetooth headphones during calls. I downloaded an app called soundabout and now my call works but only with internet call like facebook and whatsapp so that means my mic is fine. But when i make a mobile call I dont hear anything and neither does the other person.
