Why don't I have service when my phone is on the lock screen?

no service on lock screen

i have update my z3 on lolipop but on lock screen have a notifitacion NO SERVICE but everything work excelent,please help

Try removing the sim card and re-inserting it. If that doesn't work, and everything continues to work fine, then I wouldn't worry about it. It may go away in its own.

Check to see if your stamina mode is turned on. If it's enabled it shuts off all networks when your device is locked and the screen is off.

I had this issue when I flashed Lollipop to my Z3, turn on Airplane mode and turn it back off and your carrier should show again.
