Why don't new Samsung phones have Personalized Data section in Predictive Text function?

All my previous cheaper low level Samsung phones had a Personalized Data section in the Predictive Text function that enabled the phone to instantly learn your contact names, places, special words, etc so you don't have to manually fully enter them every time into texts etc. I upgraded to a relatively expensive A5 and was very disappointed to discover this has been removed and now you actually have to type and enter each name, place etc before it will learn them. Not only is this slow and cumbersome but it also learns all your mistakes too, so the Predictive Text ends up giving you a whole lot of nonsense suggestions. The only way to clear them is to delete ALL your personalized data and start all over again. There is also no way to access or edit your personal dictionary.

Why has Samsung removed this very basic functionality and is there a way to overcome this problem? Maybe an external App that replaces Personalized Data?
