Why has my 2 week old Moto X just stopped working?

2 week old Moto X just stopped working - Help!

I've had my brand new Moto X for exactly 2 weeks, as of yesterday. I tried to swipe open the lock screen just now, the screen went blank, the sensors don't respond to to me trying to access it, and pressing he power button does nothing. It's been on the charger for much of the day today so I know the battery isn't drained.

I've plugged it back in anyway though, just because I don't know what else to do. Can anybody make a suggestion?

Press and hold the power and volume down key together. It should then give you some boot options.

Thanks so much! This worked and the phone came back on but I'm still having some issues with it. –But at least I (mostly) have a useable phone now.

What are the remaining problems? If there's a lot of issues, consider a factory reset and start fresh. Let us know if you have any other questions.
