Why has my "all calls to voicemail" option disappeared (LG G4, 3 UK)

Hi, I have an LG G4 on 3 in the UK. I have a contact called "Junk" which I store nuisance callers under. I used to have it set for all calls to go straight to voicemail, by tapping the three dots menu whilst viewing the contact and ticking the "all calls to voicemail" option. But that options has recently disappeared, has it gone for anyone else? Any ideas how I can get it back?

Looking at my ATT branded LG G4, I do not see that option from the individual contact menu. I don't recall ever seeing that option from the contact menu, but that could easily be my bad memory.

"All calls to voicemail" is the same thing as "rejecting" or "blocking" a call. You can easily get to that option from the Call Log list. There is also the Reject List available from
/ settings / network / call / call reject /
