Why has my Moto E stopeed on the warning unlocking bootloader screen?

my moto e has stopeed on "warning unlocking bootloader" screen

by mistakely i installed gapps by rooting and it has stopped on "warning unlocking bootloader" screen and now it is not going forward than that !! plz help me !! plz

after root u have to install gapps !! otherwise phone will not run properly !!
now plz help me out !!!
