Why has my tracks on google play music suddendly feel compressed and tinny?

My music suddenley is quieter and the orange bar has moved , my tracks from google play music feel compressed and tinny and quiter even at full volume ive used the sound adapter thingy to "find the best sound for you" with the beeps - didnt help thought it would be my headphones so got myself aome new ones same problem plus with both headphones when i plug them in it sometimes makes my phone vibrate for a long time and restarts over and over till i unplug my headphones it also makes my phone sometimes run slow when thier in but its fine when there not in PLEASE HELP!

I have no idea what is causing the restarting but to fix the quiet music in Google Play Music go into the settings and there is an equalizer and if it is on it sometimes will make the music sound quieter and if you are streaming the quality could be set really low so find "Quality on mobile network" and set it at least to normal.
