Why has samsung not repaired the loose bezel on the s3 gear frontier watch

Why is samsung not repairing the loose bezel. When you call them they say they never heard of this issue, i think they need to learn some lessons fron apple. Fyi there is no second batch of watches where the bezel has been repaired it is hit or miss, samsung wake up and answer this!

I'm curious as to how you know without doubt, there is not a second or even third batch of S3's that fixed the loose bezel issue? You don't honestly think all of the S3's are a first run, do you? I would think that after the initial batch of S3's were released, the loose bezel was identified and improvements were made for subsequent batches. The loose bezel is an issue that goes way back to the initial release.
