why i cant boot my moto g5 plus into bootloader ?

i was using custom rom after that i flash stock rom and then it gets ota update and after update my moto g5 plus goes off and i cant turn it on even i cant turn into bootloader, when i connect my USB cable to pc or charger then its shows only led blinking beside speaker , can anyone help me

Bring the phone to your carrier and tell them that the OTA update seems to have ruined the phone, and what can they do about it? (It's a liability issue, not a warranty issue - if they ruined your phone, they're liable for it. They;d be liable for it if it was 5 years old.)

Just don't mention that you flashed a custom ROM. It worked after you flashed the stock ROM, so the custom ROM has nothing to do with the problem.
