Why i cant enter to normal mode after rebooting my phone

[Android Central Question]

I'm having problem with my xiaomi redmi note 4x. I left my phone dead for a few days after repairing itsul usb port. When i charge and turn on the it happened to enter lite my where it only shows clock and the percentage of the battery charging. I cant enter setting and do anything at all. How can i fix this ? Can you help me pleasee

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure it's powering on, or is that battery indicator screen that shows up when the phone is powered off but plugged in?

Try pressing and holding Power for about 20 seconds.
