Why I can't post instagram videos and story videos/boomerangs vs on my Samsun 9 plus?

Hello I've got a new phone which is Samsung 9 plus. It works great but has a big issue with Instagram. I cannot upload my Instagram story videos/boomerangs/superzooms etc, live videos. Also I can't upload videos on Instagram in general. It always says that "upload is failed, try again". I tried to report this issue to Instagram for the past 3 weeks but they didn't reply to me. I tried reinstalling the program again and again. I also tried to make videos shorter or change their size but it didn't work. Is it a general problem for S9+ or is it an Instagram problem? How can I fix it? This drives me crazy as I cannot find the solution. Please help!

I have no issues with mine (also an S9+). Have you checked the Instagram app's permissions and made sure it has access to storage/camera? What about signing into a different account on your phone and trying from there? Some users here have started to report that they can't upload videos or anything longer than 10s, but when trying with a different account, they can, so for some reason it's Instagram limiting their account (not the device).
