why I can't update my android?

Hi.. I am using LG l70 and rooted my device. after that I got a notification about software update but whenever I try to update my mobile software it's shows its not possible because my device seems rooting. I already unroot my android but it's not working and getting the same notification. what to do? ?? please help me in this issue

Hi, are you sure you "unrooted" it?
