So I have a problem that my screen is totally black and does not show anything when booted or etc. The buttons and notification lights are working, it does vibrate and touchscreen does respond, but can't see anything. However, when pressed power button or home button sometimes a faded line can be seen as if it's trying. So I tried to remove my screen to check the connection and noticed that head distribution pad is not attached to lcd anymore. My question would be that could replacing the heating dispersion pad solve the problem or it's simply the screen itself that needs to be changed.
And one more thing, I tried to do reflow, had no effect.
