Is it green dot normal or not when taking a picture of my s22 ultra

Yes it's normal, it lets you know your camera is active. Which is good if you have an app that is using it without your permission.

Also, a green dot in a phone photo is a common type of lens flare, if you mean that.

The green indicator appears in the top right corner of your phone’s display and is activated when an app is using either the camera or the mic.

My Note 20 Ultra does it now too, must have been a feature implemented with a newer version of Android.
