Why im not been able to remove my password lock from my galxy j2 i cant even do a factory reset

I had set my password having character more than 15 now i cant rest my password it doesnt even have a none or swipe option. I tried to do a factory reset also but they asking me the password again to do so i entered my password but it gives me the result incorrect password

Try first Clear Credentials in Settings, Security. That us if that doesn't fix it.
