why is a privacy protection passcode showing up after i factory reset my blu studio 5.0 C?

I was on the internet and it popped up enter privacy protection pass code and I have never set one so how do I get it off? I've factory reset it and everything but still it shows up??

Welcome to Android Central! So this occurred before you did the factory reset, and it still occurs after the reset? Does it only appear on one specific site, or on any site? Which browser app are you using?
