Why is Android OS using an insane amount of battery.

My S6 EDGE drains extremely quickly and i dont know why, I notice my phone gets pretty hot throughout the day even without much use. I turn WiFi and Mobile Data off when not using them. and location and bluetooth are always off. I have my phone in power saving mode 100% of the time and still only get 11hrs max use from it.
