Why is everthing automatically closes when I open it ?

When I open anything it automatically closes and recent app screen appear. When I scanned my device with Malware Bits I found Three Malware Trojans Which are not displayed in system app or anything else. When I downloaded System App Manager From Google Play Store I found the apps which were causing Malware Trojan and I disabled but then also same thing happened.The apps were closeit.apk, updonio.apk and gptour in system/priv-app with the help fo root explorer then also the apps were undeletable and a box appears saying "Delete Failed".
Please help me.

By your admission, your device has been infected by a virus.. If a scanning and quarantine the virus or viruses is not successful, you may have to do a factory reset..but even then once the phone has become infected these virus are very hard to extract and localize or quarantine.

Simply disabling or force stopping those programs associated with the virus will not stop the virus from spreading.. keep your fingers cross if and when you do a factory reset and be mindful of what apps to download next time. otherwise you may be looking at a trashed phone, if the virus can't be quarantined.

I have done factory reset several times but then also same occurs please help me what to do ?
