Ok I get it everyone wanted their Evo 4G LTE / ONE X, I'm as anxious as all of you but at the same time I'm even more excited and dare I say actually proud. why? This is the iPhone killer we've all been waiting for. Proof you say? Look at the actions apple has taken to prevent from losing their customers they know that this HTC phone is it and they want to prevent their sheeps and the carriers from working with them so that the iPhone stays in the lead. First its HTC then Samsung LG Motorola add HTC fans and supporters I say we should wait it out so when we get that ugly two tone piece of shiny plastic we can rub it in the face of the iSheeps and laugh at their inferior smartphone.(like I did with my OG Evo when you could hold the iPhone 4 naked ) Who's with me!

P.S. yes I'm extremely pissed off at the hold up but I know I'm going to be like a poor kid on Christmas morning after my parents hit the lotto when I get my phone.

i've had a bad feeling the whole time since pre-order was announced.. and have spent countless hours digging for any and all info about whether my phone would be arriving promptly. now the day that i expect to surely see tracking info if not receive the phone i instead wake up to this.

it is genuinely infuriating.

Trust me I know I had a bad feeling too mind you I pre ordered at 9:01 am but I'm sticking it out I know this is going to be bad zzz phone and worth the wait if people can wait 8 months for the sgs2 I can't wait for the evo 3!

My theory on the "I have a tracking label, why can't they ship my phone?" is this:
With a massive amount of preorders, it makes sense to prepare boxes, shipping labels etc. before you actually get the product you are shipping. This way, when a truck of EVO's rolls in one end of your building at 3:00 PM, you can remove them from the pallet/shipping container, toss one in each box and hand a bunch of little boxes to UPS for the 5:30PM pickup. No need to wait for labels to print, boxes to be folded, etc. Based on what I'm reading, the shipment showed up last night, and the plan was to forward it on to warehouses and resellers. Then the warehouses and resellers could pack them up and send them out to customers like you and me. This is a very tight schedule, and if anything happens, like an over zealous ITC worker at the dock who got a memo about not letting anything from HTC through, if efs up the entire supply chain.

Don't expect to get your phones tomorrow or Friday if you pre-ordered. Just being realistic guys. I want mine as much as you want yours.Odds are you won't die from using your old phone for another week or two. I hope I'm wrong, and all nice chunk slipped through customs your phone is on its way, just waiting for you to put your greasy finger all over that shiny plastic back. Oh dear God, please let me be wrong.

What people don't understand is everything that does import export gets searched by customs one day or an other. I get the custom guys at my job monthly, customs most likely doesn't a memo to hold all HTC shipments until the matter is cleared and yes out is possible even OG the phone of at the UPS at the end of your block

My anger. I paid for a product that was to arrive on Friday May 18th. Said product will not arrive. The company of said product has given NO answer as to when said product will arrive, yet they already (and still) have my money. That is my anger.
